The Woodbridge Inn of Woodstock
The Woodbridge Inn Bed and Breakfast was built in the 1800s and is situated on the banks of the serene Ottauquechee River. Surrounded by mountain views in every direction (including the slopes of the world famous Killington ski resort), this historic Vermont inn makes for a perfect romantic getaway or a cozy home base for skiing, hiking, and sightseeing. During certain times of year, the inn can be rented as a full private house rental. This option gives you full access to the kitchen and all 6 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms. Perfect for wedding parties, group vacations, family reunions, and weekend escapes.
Justin and Alyssa Helms purchased the bed and breakfast in 2019 and our passion for delivering 5 star service and ensuring you enjoy your vacation drives us to do everything we can to exceed your expectations. In 2022, we welcomed our tiniest innkeeper, Nico, to the Woodbridge family and during foliage, you’ll see him around.
When renting by the room, we, or our trusted guest innkeepers, will be at the home to welcome you and serve you a full breakfast. The Woodbridge Inn features six cozy sleeping rooms, each with fresh new bedding, unique views, and historical furnishings. All of our rooms offer private baths with showers and individually controlled heat, with window unit ACs during the mild Vermont summers.
The back yard is a truly exceptional experience – there’s ample seating on the deck and around two fire pits that overlook the river – especially the seasonal views of fall foliage all across the mountainsides. There’s also a hot tub off the newly built patio that’s yours to use after a long day on the slopes or hiking trails. Downtown Woodstock, VT, the Shire Town of Windsor County, is five miles down the road and boasts period architecture, a thriving town common, and seasonal features that celebrate old fashioned New England charm. It’s also home to the incredible shopping, art galleries and restaurants that led World Atlas to call Woodstock the “Quintessential New England Village.”
Our Woodstock, Vermont inn was featured in the Official Guide to American Small Inns (9th Ed) as “Vermont tranquility with yesterday’s charm.”
