Guest Room Policies

A 10% Vermont Meals and Rooms tax is added to all rooms, in addition to the nightly rate.

Check in is at 3:00 pm, check out is 11:00 am.

For individual rooms, we have a 30 day cancellation policy. 30 days prior to check in your are eligible for a full refund less a $35 credit card processing fee. After that, your deposit is non refundable. 

We are happy to welcome families with children.  Please let us know at the time of booking that you will have a child in your room, and we will plan accordingly.  Our rooms are primarily set up for two guests, but our king rooms do have space for a rollaway bed, for an additional $25 per night.

When operating as an inn rather than a full house rental, The Woodbridge Inn typically has its most special guest, Bentley, present. Please let us know ahead of time if dogs aren’t your thing or if you’re allergic and we’ll do our best to minimize your exposure.

For the safety and enjoyment of all our guests, and to comply with Vermont state law, the Woodbridge Inn is a non-smoking property both indoors and outdoors.

Inn guests do not have access to the kitchen due to insurance and health laws, but we are happy to provide you a mini fridge in the dining room for any personal items.

Breakfast is included with all individual room rentals, but not with the full house rental. Chef services may be purchased for an additional fee with prior arrangement.

During Fall 2021 we are piloting a new private chef program with our individual room guests. We will have a Local Vermont fixed price dinner menu on certain evenings as dinner reservations can be hard to come by.
